CIAARA HOFFMANN
Ciaara brings her background in real estate sales and residential lending. Her experience in this area equips her for the role of Acquisitions Manager at Synergy Capital Investments.
Her focus is to research the market, as well as identify and underwrite the multifamily deals. In plain English, this means that she is responsible for finding apartment buildings that are a good investment and then making sure that the finances of the deal make sense.
This is no small task- the multifamily market is constantly changing, and there are a lot of moving parts to any given deal. But it's something she's passionate about, and she's good at it.
As a result, she's been able to build a successful career in a field that she loves.
BOYD HOFFMANN
Boyd's 17 + years of experience in business management and real estate investing has positioned him for the role of Investor Relations.
Most people in the real estate industry focus on finding properties and then selling them, but there's another important player in the game: the investor. Without investors, it would be difficult to finance many of the large-scale commercial real estate projects that drive the market.
That's why one of our company's main goals is to build strong relationships with potential investors. We work hard to keep them updated on our latest projects, and we make sure to carefully consider their input when making decisions.
We're also always on the lookout for new opportunities to raise capital. By keeping our investors happy and engaged, we're able to keep our business thriving.
